If a hearing aid is the right solution, Diane will help you find one that suits your lifestyle, your hearing profile, and your budget. She works with a wide range of manufacturers and is not tied to any of them, which means the recommendation is always based on what works best for you.

Every appointment is unhurried. Diane takes time to understand each patient’s individual hearing difficulties and what they are hoping to achieve before making any recommendation.

Try before you buy

Diane offers a six-week trial period on all hearing aids. A trial fee is charged at the point of fitting, and during those six weeks Diane will review you twice to make sure the devices are performing well and that you are fully comfortable with them.

If you decide to go ahead with a purchase at the end of the trial, the trial fee is deducted from the final cost. If you decide the aids are not right for you, the trial fee is all you pay. If you would like to try a different model before making a decision, particularly if this is your first experience with hearing aids, Diane is happy to arrange that too.

This approach means there are no large upfront costs, no waiting for refunds, and no pressure to commit before you are ready.
