It is a screening tool, not a clinical test. It gives you a useful indication but it is not a substitute for a proper audiological assessment. Background noise and equipment quality can affect results. Use it as a starting point, not a final answer.
Q: Do I need headphones?
Yes. Use headphones or earphones. Speakers will not produce reliable results.
Q: Is it free?
Yes, completely free. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Q: What if I am worried about the result?
